Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app Golf4Match (package cz.golf4match) handles your data. The app is developed and published by Michal Hušek, Czech Republic (the "developer", data controller). Contact: info@myapk.cz

1. Summary

  • Golf4Match works without an account and stores your data only on your device.

  • The developer has no access to the players, scores, games or courses you enter.

  • The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking.

  • The app does not process payments between players.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your device (in the app's private storage):

  • player names you enter (they may be names of other people, e.g. your playing partners),

  • games, scores per hole, game settings and results,

  • golf courses you add or copy from the built-in catalogue,

  • app settings (language, sounds, display options).

This data is not sent to the developer or to any third party. It is used only to provide the app's functions. Please enter only the information needed for the game (e.g. a first name or nickname of a playing partner).

3. Sharing results

If you use the Share function, the app passes a text summary of the game to the sharing service of your phone (e.g. e-mail or a messaging app) and you choose the recipient. The developer does not receive this data. Further processing is governed by the app you share with.

4. In-app purchases (subscription)

The app may offer an optional paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play; the developer never receives your payment card details. To verify and manage the subscription, the app uses the service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA), which processes:

  • a randomly generated anonymous app user ID,

  • purchase information (product, purchase and expiry date, Google Play order ID, country, store),

  • basic technical data (app version, device type, operating system version, IP address).

This data is processed only to provide and restore the subscription, on the legal basis of performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. 5. Permissions

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files. Internet access is used only for in-app purchases.

6. Data retention and deletion

  • Data on your device is kept until you delete it in the app, clear the app's data (in your phone's Settings → Apps → Golf4Match → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall the app.

  • Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as required by law and for the subscription to work. You can ask the developer to delete RevenueCat data linked to your purchase at the contact e-mail above.

7. Children

Golf4Match is intended for adults (18+). The app is not directed at children and the developer does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing and the right to data portability. As the developer does not hold the data stored in the app, you can exercise most of these rights directly on your device. For anything else, contact info@myapk.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
